This MoneySpider Rewards programme (“MoneySpider Rewards”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. By registering with MoneySpider Rewards the registered end user (“You“) are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms & Conditions must be read in conjunction with the general terms and conditions of use of the website located at www.moneyspider.com and the privacy policy.
MoneySpider Rewards is organised by MoneySpider which is a trading style of Visionary Markets Ltd who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is entered on the Financial Services Register (https://www.fca.org.uk/register) under reference 710569. Registered in England and Wales (company number 07293351). Registered office: Visionary Markets Ltd, Maghull Business Centre, 1 Liverpool Road, Maghull, Merseyside, L31 2HB. (“MoneySpider” or “We” or “Us”).
The benefits platform is run and operated by Propello Cloud Limited and MoneySpider and Propello Cloud Limited may pass some of your personal information to each other as part of facilitating this reward. Please see their respective privacy policies for more information.
MoneySpider Rewards will run and operate from October 2024 until it is terminated on a date to be decided at our discretion.
How to qualify for MoneySpider Rewards (Essential membership)
Eligibility:
You must be resident in the UK, aged 18 years of age or older.
You will qualify for MoneySpider Rewards (Essential membership) by registering with MoneySpider and completing the MoneySpider Rewards form on moneyspider.com and agreeing to be contacted via our communication emails, including service alerts, renewal alerts and marketing. You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when completing the rewards form. If any information provided by You is not true, accurate, current and complete, MoneySpider and/or Propello Cloud has the right to cancel your membership without any further notice or liability to You and the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Benefits Platform.
You can gain access to the benefits platform as soon as your application has been verified. You can access the benefits platform via a link in the email we will send you or by signing in to your account on moneyspider.com and clicking on the link to the benefits platform.
You will be given access to MoneySpider Rewards for 365 days from form submission. Access is dependant on continued opt-in status as per point 2.
We will try to ensure that you are notified via email within 30 days of your benefits platform access expiry date.
How to qualify for MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership)
Note that this differs to MoneySpider Rewards (Essential membership) which is detailed above.
MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership) gives you access to even more exclusive rewards and benefits with further discounts and offers on goods and services for 12 months.
Eligibility:
You must be resident in the UK, aged 18 years of age or older.
You will qualify for MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership) after you have registered with MoneySpider on moneyspider.com, and then purchased a car, home, van, bike, pet or bicycle insurance policy. You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when completing the rewards form. If any information provided by You is not true, accurate, current and complete, MoneySpider and/or Propello Cloud has the right to cancel your membership without any further notice or liability to You and the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Benefits Platform.
You will only qualify for MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership) if the insurance product purchase is made via the link to the relevant insurance provider on moneyspider.com and we can verify with the insurance provider that the purchase has been made.
You will receive an email within 90 days after you have purchased an insurance product to notify you that your sale has been processed and giving you access to MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership). However, as we rely on the accuracy of information provided by third party insurance providers to verify your entitlement to MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership), we accept no responsibility for any delay caused.
For car, van, home, bike, and pet insurance purchases, you will be given access to MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership) from your policy commencement date as reported to us by the insurance provider. This access will last for 365 days from the policy commencement date (subject to the above 90 days processing period).
We will try to ensure that you are notified via email within 30 days of your MoneySpider Rewards (Premium membership) access expiry date.
Limitation of liability
Your registration and any information submitted by You must be personal to and relate specifically to You. You hereby warrant that your entry and all information which You submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, MoneySpider reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by You and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
Neither We nor any of our employees or other representatives will be liable to You for any loss or damage incurred by You arising out of or in connection with your use of MoneySpider Rewards (Essential or Premium membership), without limitation, indirect, or consequential loss or damage, loss of anticipated revenues, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data or damage to reputation resulting from our failure to deliver or the receipt of MoneySpider Rewards (Essential or Premium membership).
We will not be liable for any failure to provide your access to MoneySpider Rewards if caused by supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure being an event(s) which, without the fault of any party, renders performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution. If such circumstances arise, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel, modify, terminate or suspend this promotion.
MoneySpider cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by You for making a purchase or being part of MoneySpider Rewards.
MoneySpider accepts no responsibility for any delay, failure, or error by a third-party provider in notifying Us that a purchase has taken place.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence or for fraud (including, but not limited to, fraudulent misrepresentation) or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Further, nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of liability
MoneySpider Rewards is subject to availability and We reserve the right to substitute or remove MoneySpider Rewards at any time. We will try to give as much notice as We can when doing this. Any such amendments will be published on moneyspider.com. There are no cash alternatives available for MoneySpider Rewards.
Use of the benefits platform will be in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and privacy policy set out by Propello Cloud Limited.
MoneySpider assumes that by registering for MoneySpider Rewards (and You warrant that) You are aged 18 or over.
MoneySpider reserves the right to disqualify any member if it has reasonable grounds to believe You have breached any of the Terms and Conditions.
We may refuse your access to MoneySpider Rewards if at any time We suspect that You have been involved in: any abuse or attempted abuse of MoneySpider Rewards; any breach or attempted breach of these Terms & Conditions; any breach or attempted breach of the general use of website terms and conditions on www.moneyspider.com; any activity which in Our reasonable opinion constitutes misuse or abuse of moneyspider.com; any fraud or breach of any terms applicable to a quote or purchase.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected and will remain valid.
We shall use any personal data you supply to us in accordance with our privacy policy and data protection legislation. By submitting the MoneySpider rewards form you agree to the collection, retention, use and distribution of your personal data in order to process and contact you about MoneySpider Rewards.
Any intellectual property rights existing in and to MoneySpider Rewards, are and shall remain the property of Us or our group of companies at all times.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms & Conditions will only apply as between Us and You. Unless as otherwise stated in these Terms no other person may benefit or rely upon these Terms and Conditions.
